look for the right material, colour, and size, especially because sofa set prices vary by material and design.

Step 1: Design Finalization
Our team will take the exact measurement after finalizing the order and also will send you the design documents for your final approval.
Step 2: Taking Measurements
Our team will take the exact measurement after finalizing the order and also will send you the design documents for your final approval.
While taking measurement we also guide the best design and suitable structure for your place. We also check the all door size/lift size for taking product inside your place or any assembling issue (if any).
Customer can customize the cushion density, sitting height or sitting depth as per their requirements.
Step 3: Fabric Selection
According to your home theme/interior customer can select any kind of fabric (Velvet, molphino, leatherette, genuine leather, cotton, linen, polyester etc.) in any colour.
We have all set of catalogues available at our factory to show the samples to our customers.
Customer can also provide us the fabric for making their sofa.
Step 4: Structural Frame
As per the measurements given by customer, our team will make the wooden framing structure.
Our framing structure is strong enough to manage the load of 100 Kg person.
Step 5: Foaming Work
After making the structure foaming will be installed on the seat. We use all different kind of foams as per the customer requirement (Soft sitting, medium soft sitting, hard sitting etc.)
Normally we use 40 density foam on sitting area and 32 density foam on backrest. Also all outer area of sofa will be covered by 10mm foam sheet to give smooth finish to fabric work.
We also have different kind of foam options available. If customer is making sofa for the first time and he has no idea about the foams, then we call them to our factory and show them the different samples to check their features.
Step 6: Fabric Stitching
Fabric stitching is the last step for completing the sofa. This process mainly takes time as per design. It will give final finish to the sofa.
Step 7: Final Product
After making the product we call customer to visit our factory to check the product once or we send the images to them.
